Controls Technologist

Position Requirements
- Experience working with Siemens and Allen Bradley automation systems
- Experience programming various robot brands an asset
- Robotic welding experience an asset
- Vision application and programming experience an asset
- Electrical engineering and design an asset
- Experience using 2D electrical design software
- Experience with servo drives, motors and motion software
- Project management and planning
- Project cost analysis
- Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulic systems, as they relate to Industrial Automation
- Controls technical support during and outside of regular business hours
- Occasional travel within Canada and the US required
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Self-Motivated leader with aspirations of success and growth
Minimum Education Requirements
- 3 year College Diploma in Controls Engineering Technology or equivalent
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent an asset
